Why throw away your old records and cassettes when the Teac LPR500 lets you copy them straight onto CD!
At first glance, the Teac LP-R500 looks like a normal hi-fi system, but there's much more to it than that. Thanks to the built-in CD recorder you can record your records and cassette tapes straight onto CD, without the need for any other components or cables. To make it even easier, the Teac also uses a unique Track Increment identification system so that the tracks are properly separated once recorded onto the CD. You can record on either CD-R or RW discs giving total flexibility when it comes to disc choice. Once you've recorded onto CD you have all the flexibility of CD music - playback your favourite old albums in the car or pop the CD into your computer and burn it onto the hard drive for an MP3 copy.
Yet the Teac LP-R500 isn't just a comprehensive recording solution, it's also a fully featured hi-fi system. Containing a record deck, cassette deck, CD player/recorder, FM/AM radio, amplifier and stereo speakers, this Teac system has everything you need for a self contained hi-fi unit.
The record deck offers 3-speeds, including 78 (separate stylus ideally required) for playback of all record formats. It also has auto return to protect the stylus from damage at the end of the record. As well as recording, the CD player will, of course, playback your CDs. There's a full range of playback options including 32-track programming, repeat and shuffle play. Both the cassette deck and tuner radio are fully functioned and neatly integrated.
Showing that Teac have thought of everything, the LP-R500 also comes with a remote control, headphone socket and an auxiliary input. The auxiliary input lets you hook up another source, such as TV, and listen to/record from that, too.
Neatly contained within a single box you wouldn't believe that Teac have crammed so much into such a compact casing. The large, clear display also makes it easy to use.
For a one-stop recording and playback solution, the Teac LP-R500 has, quite literally, got the lot!
