  Rob, Store Manager

  Rob is new to London but not to Richer Sounds. Having worked at branches up and down the country for the last four years he's finally settled here in Bromley. Originally from the north west of England he has a passion for rock 'n' roll and also for the modern indie scene, having spent most of his youth at gigs in the Manchester and Liverpool area. If you pop down to see him you will usually find him singing along to his favourite bands whilst devoting his time to exceptional customer service. A self confessed hi-fi enthusiast, Rob is the man to talk to if you require the absolute best from your home entertainment system!

  Sam, Deputy Manager

  Sam has been with the company for a while now, and any experience he hasn't picked up in his time with us, he brought with him from his days as lead singer on tour with well known prog rock band Muse (please don't ask him about this or you'll be here all day!). With a unique softly spoken velvet voice, his sales pitch has been known to break wine glasses and can be heard by dogs for miles around! If you have any needs, be they hi-fi, TV or home cinema related, Sam is the man to talk to and he looks forward to getting you the best deal on the best equipment around.

  Kevin, Sales Consultant

  "When you score with a chick in a disco bar, take her home in your hairy little car, then you find you went to school with her Ma and Pa, You're the oldest swinger in town" What! You mean to say I'm implying Kevin is old? Well only the 2nd oldest, Richard takes 1st prize. But with that experience comes a wealth of knowledge, 20+ years of DJ experience, and 3 years of electronic experience and an expert in those rare grooves you would find around Kevin's era as he used to manage 'Daddy Kool' in the West End. So feel free when you come in to chat with Kevin a very friendly and likeable guy and maybe he'll show you his medallion and hairy chest wig!

  Richard, Sales Consultant

  Richard has tonnes of experience and knowledge on how to offer the best customer service and hi-fi and if he were Star War's character he would be Yoda. He also enjoys music especially old school reggae and still DJs at various events in London. A family man, Richard is a great asset to the team and his knowledge and experience would out shine the renaissance of Liverpool under King Kenny's management. Ask for Richard when you pop into the store.

  Daley, Sales Consultant

  The newest member of the team, Daley is a keen music enthusiast and budding solo artist, and joined us just before the busiest time of the year, Christmas! Having been thrown in at the deep end, she has learnt fast from some of the most experienced members of the richer team both here in Bromley and at the flagship store at London Bridge. Daley can certainly recommend the best equipment to suit your budget, whatever your AV needs or requirements! Pop in any time for a chat, a coffee or even a rendition of your favourite song by our very own scouse lass!

  Mark, Sales Consultant

  Mark has been with Richer Sounds for 17 years! That's more than half the time Richer Sounds has been trading! As you can imagine, he has a vast experience and knowledge of all things shiny and electrical and has worked at many of the branches across the London area! This makes him the man to catch if you need advice, help, a bargain, company or even just something to make you smile! Please come down and see Mark any time and he will make sure you get the best service and deal that you can find in the whole of the UK! Fact!

  Perry, Trainee Sales Advisor

  Perry is the most recent member to join our team, and he has joined us like a 'cow to grass'. We found him hanging about outside the local gym after a hard workout and being as he was hardly broke a sweat, we realised carrying boxes and lifting stuff in our shop would be a breeze. He's not just a pretty face however, and his knowledge and skills are improving with every hour when he is not looking at himself in the mirror! Pop in for a chat whatever your needs and Perry will be more than happy to find the answers to all your questions with a massive smile and possibly a little bit of flexing.

  Nick, Stockroom Controller

  Nick has been moving boxes and helping with the maintenance of the store since we noticed him shopping for some headphones to go with his MP3 player. Nick is the man who can and is never happier than when he is helping our valued customers load their car. Keen to help and with a degree in politeness, Nick is the work horse who keeps the store going. Without Nick your experience of the shop would not be the same, so please if you see him, wish him a good day and he will endeavour to help you no matter what your question.
