  Dale, Store Manager

  Dale is the leader of our Newcastle store and has been a valuable part of the Richer Sounds family for over a decade now! Of course, being the manager, he has the best hi-fi in the store (or he claims to); Dale knows a thing or two about good quality hi-fi and is always more then happy to share his knowledge with our customers. Charming and endearing, turn to the man who runs the show for experienced advice on all your home entertainment needs.

  Euan, Deputy Manager

  Cumbria-born Euan simply loves going to customers houses and helping them install their 5.1 cinema systems! He just can’t get enough of it – he’s that dedicated to making sure our customers are enjoying the best quality audio to match their Hi-Def TV! Passionate guitarist and automobile enthusiast, Euan will donate as much time as he can to making sure you make the right decision on your all important purchase.

  Ian, Sales Consultant

  Ian just loves his home entertainment kit! Whether it's his media centre, home cinema package or his hi-fi separates. Basically if it plugs in, and is even remotely geeky then the chances are Ian's played with it, taken it to bits and put it back together just for something to do. Not sure what you need? He will get to the bottom of your problems to ensure you are sorted with the best electronics your money can buy. Above all he's a proud Yorkshire lad (but then again no-ones perfect!)

  Colin, Sales Consultant

  Our resident DJ and general lover of all things from the 80’s is our Colin! With over 15 years of retail experience behind him, Colin has seen it all - he tells us he used to buy 2nd hand hi-fi when he was on the streets of Nottingham as a 10 year old – and now he’s still going strong! No task is too big or small, so come down to Clayton Street and check our outstanding offers – as well as Colin’s charming smile!

  Simon, Sales Consultant

  If Simon was a type of sauce he'd be a hot sauce! There's non hotter than our Simon when it comes to sound and vision. Raised on a diet of habanero chillies, death metal and iron girders he's one mean deal. However when you come into the store and start chatting to him you'll find out he's actually a lovely cuddly teddy bear. Literally. He knows a thing or two about hi-fi, and more than enough about home cinema too! If you're looking to get sorted out with an amazing system come and speak to Simon. He'll even give you a free hug with every hi-fi bought!

  Sean thinks he is the best looking here, however we all disagree! With his passion for all things sight and sound he is sure to sort you out with whatever floats your boat. Born and raised in the North West (but don't let that put you off) he is now undergoing full Geordie training, and is a fully fledged member of the Richer Sounds Newcastle team.   Paul, Stockroom Controller

  Our not quite human stockroom controller is Paul aka 'The Beast'. Paul doesn't have a national insurance number, we actually found him in a skip, searching for some speaker cable to clean his teeth with! We invited him in to stay and carry 50 inch plasmas out to customers' cars a while ago - and guess what - he's still here doing it now! Strong as an Ox, quick as a cheetah and daft as a brush, Paul is an essential part of the Richer Sounds Newcastle Team!
