Hi and welcome to Richer Sounds Norwich!
FROM THE NORTH
You can approach Norwich from the north via A140, A1067 or A1151 all of which converge onto theA147 inner ring road. Once on the A147 you need to make your way along Barn Road and up to the top of Grapes Hill and turn left at the roundabout onto Cleveland Road, this leads into St. Giles Street. For parking turn left just after Prelude Records into St. Giles car park, we're just three doors along from the car park.
SOUTH
Come in on The A11 or A1056 till you get to St. Stephens roundabout. Turn left and go past the new Chapelfield development (over to your right) all the way to the roundabout. Take the third exit (Cleveland Road) and follow the road onto St. Giles Street. For parking turn left just after Prelude Records into St. Giles car park, we’re just three doors along from the car park.

WEST
Come off the A47 at the turning for the A1074 (Dereham Road) and stay on this road all the way to the city centre. Turn right at the traffic lights as you pass The Regal pub and drive up Grapes Hill. Once you reach the roundabout at the top take the first left into Cleveland road and follow it along into St. Giles Street. For parking turn left just after Prelude Records into St. Giles car park. We're just three doors along from the car park.
EAST
From Plumstead Road (B1140) proceed down Ketts Hill and go straight across two roundabouts, over the flyover and across the next roundabout. At the very next roundabout turn left and proceed down Barn Road and up Grapes Hill. At the top turn left into Cleveland Road and follow it along into St. Giles Street. For parking turn left just after Prelude records into St. Giles car park. We’re just three doors along from the car park.
We now have a fantastic demonstration room available on our first floor ready to demonstrate your TV, AV surround sound or hi-fi needs. An appointment isn't always required but would prove helpful so we can check availability or set equipment up ahead of your visit. Give us a call or pop in and see us.
The health-conscious one of the team. If he can't help with your surround sound set-up, he'll gladly offer advice on diets, nutrition and fitness. Being a drummer in a top local band, Stacy is a big music fan and passionate about his sounds.
This young man's proved himself more than capable of turning technical jargon into words and terms that we can all easily understand and make sense of. Mind you, his music taste is frankly appalling (said Roger, owner of at least two Def Leppard CDs and a Zig & Zag single. Oh dear).
The gently greying hairs on his chin and odd silvery strand in his flowing locks are the only giveaway that Roger has been with the Richer clan for over 10 years, that and his Tenth year of service badge honourably worn on his tie. His spare time is spent attending loud gigs, listening to loads of noisy new groups and playing drums very badly.
Pete has come along in leaps and bounds in his time at Richer Sounds Norwich, proving to be an enthusiastic and valued member of the team. A big music fan (yet another drummer) he’s often to be found DJing at various bars in Norwich city centre. If you’re lucky you just might catch him spinning his wheels of steel. Smashie and Nicey would be proud, let’s rock!
Here's Johnny! A more polite chap you'll be hard pressed to meet. He may be the new kid on the Norwich store block but he's quickly getting to grips with what's best in TV and hi-fi world. In his spare time he enjoys knitting and listening to an extensive back catalogue of Fleetwood Mac. (That last bit might not be correct!)
Originally heralding from Yorkshire, mild-mannered Ashley is a bit northern (but we don't hold it against him!). Famed for his ridiculously good hi-fi and AV system, Ash probably has the best system out of all of us having blown his entire student loan on hi-fi and then living off baked beans for months in his uni days. The results, from the hi-fi at least, sounded good. Patient and understanding he always delivers.
Ever since he joined at the tail end of 2010, a love of motorsport, both two and four wheeled varieties, has seen a certain 'bromance' blossom between Roger and Paul. Don't dare get between them on a Monday morning if they're picking apart the previous days F1 or MotoGP race result. Of course if Paul is required, as per his job description, to help you to your car with your hard earned and paid for goods, just tell Roger to give it a rest!
